Career Opportunities

General requirements for employment with Prime Property Inspectors are:

• Minimum of 40 hours formal classroom training in home inspection
• 5 years of experience working in construction, engineering, or architecture
• Satisfactorily complete Prime Property Inspector's on-site company training (unpaid)
• Pass the National Home Inspectors Exam
• Become certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
• Receive all necessary certifications to perform environmental testing for radon, mold, water, septic, etc.
• Maintain a commitment to continuing education
• Have serious motivation and commitment to being a full-time professional home inspector
