Foundation – Exterior walls, grading
Exterior Surfaces – Siding and trim; doors and windows
Attached Structures – Decks, porches, attached garage, stairways and landings
Other – Driveway/pavement, sidewalks, chimney structure

Foundation (basement/crawl space) – Walls, floor, visible girders, columns and posts, floor joists, headers, sub-floor and sills; waterproof integrity of dwelling |
